SPARKLING FLAVORED CHAMPAGNE STYLE ALCOHOLIC TASTING NOTES
"Betty Boop" TM Sparkling Champagne style has a beautiful, soft pink hue that
is accentuated by tiny bubbles. Fresh aromas of ripe raspberries mingle with
notes of sweet red cherries and white peaches. Pleasantly fruity, with a nice,
naturally tangy finish, this festive sparkling wine pairs well with white
chocolate, Ambrosia salad, soft white cheeses, and rich cakes. Sip ice cold in
a tall fluted glass or use it as a mixer in any of your favorite cocktails.
Composed entirely of French Colombard, an offspring of the Chenin Blanc grape,
Betty BoopTM Sparkling California Wines are produced in the Méthod Charmat, in
which a cold secondary fermentation occurs in stainless tanks and then bottled
under pressure. - Festive for all occasions – it's the the perfect 20
something date drink,that also stands up to vintage demographics who relive
the Minnie the Moocher era - Alc. By Vol.: 11%; Residual Sugar: 2.8 g/L, Total
Acidity: 0.6 g/100 ml
