I have a vintage oval/oblong papasan frame, need a cushion, will round still work?

I have a vintage papasan chair- it is more oval shaped with arm rests, and is attached to the base, not seperate. I need a cushion for it but am not sure if the round cushions will work or if I need special cushion? Does anyone have a chair like this?

you can make it... .oval would be best if that is what came with it.... do some research.....
