How do you get a quick easy and cheap vintage fashion style?

I really love this style and was wondering how I'd get the look and make-up?! any tips?

A lot of simple, semi-vintage basics like the earrings and top in the picture you showed above can be bought at places like Forever 21. Also, if you want true vintage, you could look around at your mom/grandma's old clothes, if they still have them hanging around in the attic or something. Also, many cities have thrift shops that have vintage clothing-- those types of places are always worth a look, and whatever you get is always cheap! Also, you're going to be seeing a lot more basic pieces that you can mix in to make a vintage outfit in many stores, since the whole mod look is very "in" right now.

For the makeup, just do heavy liquid liner, not-so-skinny brows, and a matte lip with gloss.
