What type of necklace should my bridesmaids wear w/ a halter dress?

I'm looking around for necklaces for my bridesmaids. Their dress is a halter dress, http://barijay.com/style.php?showid=26 color is turq., I was thinking about this necklace, http://www.fredericks.com/Chain_+_Rhinestone_Drop_Necklace/06158,default,pd.html?cgid=clothing%20-%20by%20style-accessories%20-%20jewelry, but was thinking maybe it would be to much w/ the halter dress...maybe to much attention towards the boobs??? What type of necklace would go well w/ the halter dress??? Also taking earring suggestions as well

A halter like that already has so much going on at the neckline that a necklace would get lost. I would suggest maybe a fancier earring (depending on the hairstyles) or a bracelet. Or another idea is a pretty hair accessory. There are some really pretty barrettes and combs out there.
