Need appraisal value on antique photo locket Swastika?

I have inhereted some of my grandparents personal items.
One interesting piece is a locket with a clear photo inset on each side and gold inscribed is W&SB, the maker

It is a right facing swastika. 5 Diamonds inset.

Grandparents traveled extensively throughout middle east and Germany, were of German decent as well.

Is it German or Indian(India) the Swastika is very important to the people of India, where the symbol is not one of hate. It may make a difference of the value.

I found an interesting article here It could be American Indian (Native American) as the Pueblos and Navajos used it too and they were known jewelers.
