Placement advice on my tattoos? Also asking for a little info.?
I know I'll eventually getting a few tattoos, but I'd like any advice on placement. Im male by the way. Im getting a swallow on my hand, and a "burn" on my forearm above the wrist, and a personal one under a tricep. Also thinking about a chain (Bioshock) on the wrist, so keep in mind that those spots will be used.

I was thinking of having the koi in water, with cherry blossoms floating in the water (the cherry blossoms because in Kino's journey (behind Pokemon, favorite series) her former name was Sakura. Cherry Blossoms is Sakura in Japanese, I also like the symbolism of them).
Forgot to ask, how much would the "burn" one cost? It's going to just be a yellow/red/orange circle about the size of a bottle cap. Thanks
You have to decide for yourself where and what you want. You need to look at hundreds of pictures, books, sites, and magazines. No one else can do the leg work for you.
But I will tell you, as a person with a successful career, that hires other people, I would not get any tattoos on my lower arms. Nothing under the elbow. It looks like sh*t. I don't care how beautiful they are. When someone walks into an interview with tattoos on their wrists, they are an automatic rejection. Many jobs require you to cover your visible tattoos. Are you going to wear long sleeves and gloves all day, 40 hours a week, even in the summer?? Cover your back, your upper arms, your thighs, your stomach, your feet... but don't ink up your hands and lower arms. Really... you have no idea where you'll be in 10 years.
(I have several large tattoos, btw - but you can't see any of them when I am on the job).
