Zach Galifianakis Purportedly Behind Gibson Being Removed From The Hangover 2
Supposedly, Zach Galifianakis might are involved within the decision to drop a Mel Gibson cameo in "The Hangover 2". There were evidently numerous individuals involved within the production protesting. It appears that Galigianakis wasn't a wolf pack of one on this one. Protests from a large number of cast and crew members over Gibson being included had been cited as a reason by director Todd Phillips. The protest by cast and crew against including Mel Gibson in "The Hangover 2" might have been spearheaded by Galifianakis. "The Hangover 2" is a show where Galifianakis may be reprising his role. Galifianakis said he was in "deep protest" with the latest film. Fox News accounts that he didn't make much happen though. Support came with him evidently. The film will no longer have Gibson appearing in it, director Todd Phillips announced. He had been slated to appear as a tattoo artist, but the role will go to somebody else instead.
Scandal's large affect
Mel Gibson has been involved in high profile scandals over the last few years, and it appears individuals are less willing to associate with him, personally or professionally. The Oksana Grigorieva and Mel Gibson tapes were a really bad one. This got him dropped from his talent agency even. Gibson stars in a film titled "The Beaver," which co-stars the film's director Jodie Foster, based on The Guardian. There is no release date yet. Foster has been supportive of Gibson in the press. Previously she co-starred with Gibson. "Maverick" had been this film.
Ending the career now
Mel Gibson's profession has really been hurt. The scandals have done this. Though a comeback isn't extremely hard, it won't likely be anytime soon. His career may not be something that could be fixed. The allegations of abuse and drunk driving have killed the career.
