I got a new necklace and it has green rhinestones and two words on it.?

I got a necklace about a month or two ago, and it's almost a ring shape, but I don't know what its called. Its says HEALTH and HAPPINESS on the sides, with little green rhinestones on the outer ends. There are many types of these, with different words and color of rhinestones. Please help me, I will name a best answer(er) asap.
