Which do you think will look better?

I'm renovating a rental house and will be putting down vinyl flooring through out the house. do you think faux hardwood or a faux stone tile would look better?

I worked for a rental company and went out to do a moveout inspection on one of the houses. It had linoleum throughout in a "stone tile pattern". It looked TERRIBLE.

Stone tile look linoleum in the kitchen or bathroom looks ok, but in the whole house it was AWFUL. The faux hardwood will give you a MUCH warmer look and make it easier to rent.

Just my opinion, but since I've seen an entire house (5 bedrooms), done in the stone tile, I'm speaking from experience that you don't want to do it!!
