what necklace length with a low cut mid-clevage black dress?

it's for a band banquet. it goes kinda low, and its a in a narrow "V" it also has ruffeled shoulders with shoulder-pads and i'm wearing heel and a big bow. should i just wear my thick black beaded choker? or are you supposed to wear a drop necklace with that kinda dress. HELP!

a drop necklace would look best and your next best option is simply not to wear a necklace.
