I need a Quinceañera dress?
I having my Quinceañera in seven months. I know that may seems pretty far off but I like to plan things way far ahead. Well, I'm only half Puerto Rican, and half my friends don't even know what a Quinceañera is, so I want it to be more formal/casual, if that makes any sense. Well I want a knee high bubble dress (like this: http://www.forever21.com/images/large/49138432-12.jpg ) in darkish brown or white. I'd like strapless, but spaghetti straps are okay, too. Since it's going to be a bit more casual, it can't be too expensive.
I was also thinking about wearing a silver chain-link necklace with big beads in red if I get a white dress, or in blue if I get a brown dress.. If anyone can find any that are also not super expensive, I'd really appreciate it.

you should try macys, bloomingdales, nordstrom, carson pirie scott (or its "sister" stores), jcpenny, target. you know big department stores. if you want to keep it simple, i say sparkly diamond earrings that dangle and no necklace. or if you want a necklace just a one strand of diamonds with like a heart in the middle, or long strand of pearls.
